We're committed to 100% customer satisfaction. However, there may be times when an arrangement might not meet your expectations. Due to the nature of flowers and floral arrangements, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your arrangement or bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery to discuss a potential replacement arrangement or bouquet. Options may include replacement of your arrangement, a credit towards a future purchase, or a full or partial refund. Refunded orders may take up to 10-14 business days to process.
