If you are unhappy with your arrangement or bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery to discuss a potential replacement arrangement or bouquet. Options may include replacement of your arrangement, a credit towards a future purchase, or a full or partial refund. Refunded orders may take up to 10-14 business days to process.
